Sara is a litigator at Ross Nasseri. She is developing a general litigation practice with an emphasis on commercial litigation.
Sara has represented and advised clients in a wide range of matters including complex contractual disputes, class actions, securities litigation and judicial review proceedings. She has appeared before arbitrators, administrative tribunals, the Ontario Superior Court, the Commercial List and the Supreme Court of British Columbia.
Prior to joining Ross Nasseri, Sara summered, articled and practiced for two years as an associate at Stikeman Elliott, a leading national full-service firm. During her time there, she acted for a broad range of corporate clients in complex commercial disputes.
Sara received her dual law degree in common law and civil law from the McGill University Faculty of Law in 2022. While in law school, she actively participated in various advocacy and litigation-oriented activities, including serving as Editor-in-Chief of the McGill Journal of Dispute Resolution and representing McGill in the 2022 Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot.
Prior to attending law school, Sara worked as a litigation paralegal at a leading international law firm in New York. She completed her Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Political Science and French at Columbia University.
Sara is fluent in both English and French.
