Ariel is a litigator at Ross Nasseri LLP. She maintains a broad civil, commercial, and corporate litigation practice, delivering strategic, results-driven advocacy to navigate high-stakes legal challenges. Ariel completed her summer and articling terms at a leading litigation boutique in British Columbia, where she gained significant experience handling complex corporate and commercial litigation matters, including corporate governance issues, shareholder disputes, financial fraud, and real estate and construction litigation.

Ariel also brings a unique judicial perspective from her time at the Ontario Court of Justice, where she completed a judicial internship, conducting in-depth legal research and drafting comprehensive memoranda to assist in the preparation of judicial decisions.

Ariel graduated with a Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School, where she earned the Honourable R.E. Holland Entrance Scholarship for outstanding academic achievement upon admission, and the Stephen George Leggett, QC Prize for achieving the highest cumulative average in legal writing within her Criminal Law Intensive Program. She also completed a legal exchange at the University of Copenhagen, focused on comparative and international legal systems. Ariel holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts with a Specialization in Political Science from Western University, where she received Western's highest entrance scholarship and the Andrew Grant Scholarship for achieving the highest academic standing in her program.
