Student Recruitment
Ross Nasseri LLP looks for students who are eager to become top-tier litigators. Our selection process is highly competitive, and successful candidates tend to have strong academic achievement, leadership skills, and a desire to work in a close-knit boutique setting. Since our firm is a general litigation boutique, applicants should be excited to work on a broad range of files and for a diverse client base. Our cases engage most areas of civil law including administrative/public law, regulations, corporate/commercial disputes, property law, and estates and trusts.
Student Program
Our student program reflects the dynamic and entrepreneurial nature of our firm. Our lawyers are award-winning, trial-tested, and offer unrivaled mentorship for new litigators. Our goal is to ensure that our students complete our program confident and ready to be a litigator who gets on their feet.
The firm practices in corporate and commercial litigation, property litigation, professional liability and regulation, tort/negligence, estates and trust litigation, construction litigation, and appeals. Our students are exposed to all aspects of litigation in our practice areas. They assist with legal research, court filings, discoveries, cross-examinations, mediations, motions and trials. Each student is assigned a mentor to help them gain hands-on training and develop into skilled litigators. They work with both partners and associates and become integral members of the Ross Nasseri LLP team.
