Areas of Practice

Alison is a litigator at Ross Nasseri LLP. She is passionate about advocacy and approaches litigation with a strategic and solutions-oriented mindset.

Prior to joining Ross Nasseri, Alison clerked for the judges of the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta and was involved in all aspects of litigation across a broad range of commercial, administrative, civil, and criminal matters. This experience provided her with valuable insight into judicial decision-making and the litigation process.

Alison completed her JD at the University of Toronto, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the University of Toronto Faculty of Law Review. While working as a caseworker at Downtown Legal Services, she helped represent clients before the Federal Court and the Refugee Protection Division. Alison was also actively involved in legal research, with a particular interest in constitutional and administrative law.

Alison earned her HBA from the Ivey School of Business, where she developed a strong understanding of business and strategy. She is fluent in English and French.
