We have prosecuted and defended various professionals, including lawyers, engineers, accountants, architects, real estate agents, and health care providers governed by the Regulated Health Professions Act.

Extensive experience in health law and RHPA matters including defending and prosecuting in RHPA colleges, advice and representation on registration matters, responses to complaints, disciplinary proceedings, hospital privilege disputes, PHIPA disputes, quality of care reviews, and Coroner’s inquests

Appeals and judicial reviews of regulatory and administrative decisions including review hearings in front of the Health Professions Appeal and Review Board

Providing strategic crisis management for individuals or companies facing concurrent civil, regulatory and/or criminal proceedings

Director and officer liability

Providing regulatory advice to individuals, corporations and partnerships including law firms, architecture firms, engineering firms, accounting firms, and medical and health product clinics in Ontario
