Alisha joined Ross Nasseri as an associate in 2022 and is building a broad civil litigation and regulatory practice. Before joining the firm, Alisha clerked for the Judges of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, where she gained invaluable insight into the judicial decision-making process and had the opportunity to work on civil, commercial, regulatory, and criminal matters.
Alisha received her JD from Western Law in 2021, where she graduated as valedictorian of her class. While in law school, Alisha worked as a Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant, and was selected to work as a legal intern with the World Health Organization in Geneva, Switzerland. Alisha was also heavily involved in Western Law’s mentorship program, and volunteered with Western’s Student Legal Society and Pro Bono Students Canada throughout law school. For her academic standing and contributions to the law school and community, she was awarded the Dean Ivan C. Rand award by Western Law in 2021.
Prior to law school, Alisha graduated from McGill University in 2018 with a BSc in Psychology.
Alisha was called to the Ontario Bar in 2022.
