Tabitha is a law clerk at Ross Nasseri LLP. An honour roll graduate of the Law Clerk Advanced Program at Durham College, she received several academic accolades including an award recognizing her dedication and commitment to legal education. She was also selected to serve as a member of the Program Advisory Committee, which allowed her the privilege of contributing to the betterment of the program for future students.
Since joining the firm in 2020, she has obtained a great deal of experience working on a wide variety of matters including real estate, estates, and contract litigation. She assists the Ross Nasseri team through each step of the litigation process including correspondence, transcript review, preparation of motion materials and the serving/filing of documents.
Prior to becoming a clerk, Tabitha had a successful career as a hairstylist which has resulted in her ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and coworkers, all the while exercising her keen eye for detail. She is an eager team player with a hunger for knowledge and a passion for supporting others.
