Amanda Hostrawser is a law clerk at Ross Nasseri LLP.
Amanda joined the firm in 2021 after more than 10 years of experience as a law clerk to criminal, civil, and regulatory litigators. Amanda has worked with some of the best lawyers in the country, several of whom have been appointed as judges in the Ontario Court of Justice and Superior Court of Justice, as well as the Federal Court of Canada. She has accumulated vast knowledge of criminal and civil procedure in all levels of Court, including at the Court of Appeal for Ontario and the Supreme Court of Canada.
Amanda’s experience includes managing complex commercial proceedings, estates litigation, and regulatory and professional discipline matters. She is particularly well-equipped to provide support on matters involving concurrent civil, criminal, and administrative proceedings. Amanda supports lawyers at Ross Nasseri LLP in all aspects of the litigation process with a growing knowledge of litigation procedures.
Amanda obtained her B.A. from Wilfred Laurier University in 2007 and received her Law Clerk Diploma with Honours from Humber College in 2010.
