Alexandra Daly is an articling student at Ross Nasseri LLP. Alexandra is an innovative and dedicated advocate, with an interest in general litigation.
Alexandra previously summered at Ross Nasseri, where she assisted in defending against a motion for urgent injunctive relief, and obtaining judgements for fraud. Alexandra has also aided in discoveries, mediations, and court hearings related to civil fraud, municipal by-law violations, tort, and commercial disputes.
Alexandra completed her J.D. at Osgoode Hall Law School, maintaining a strong academic standing. She was chosen to participate in the Disability Law Intensive program at ARCH Disability Law Centre where she worked on several notable human rights cases. Alexandra also completed a placement with Pro Bono Students Canada during her time at Osgoode.
Prior to law school, Alexandra graduated with First Class Honours from St. Francis Xavier University, with a BA in Political Science. She was Co-President of the StFX Debating Society and a Student Advocate for the StFX Students’ Union. She was an Oland Scholar and was awarded the Walter Kontak Prize in Political Science.
