Mark Ross, Eric Brousseau & Sara Romeih were victorious in Majidi v. Khoshbin, 2025 ONSC 3644, a 2 week complex commercial trial involving dueling allegations of oppression and breach of fiduciary duty. The RN LLP team vindicated our client with an order that the opposing party oppressed ours.
