Sarah joins us from the Ontario Ministry of Economic Development, where she played an instrumental role in delivering the historic Ontario Small Business Support Grant program. In this position, she managed a team of 40 client communications staff, designed and delivered training modules for new team members, and worked closely with senior leadership to ensure team-wide alignment of data collection and reporting.
Sarah has over fifteen years of experience delivering strategic initiatives for some of Canada’s most respected organizations, including Dentons LLP, where she was part of their business development team. A former journalist,
Sarah earned her Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) degree from York University, where she graduated at the top of two competitive programs, and holds a Master of Arts degree from the University of Toronto, where she was recognized as one of Canada’s top junior scholars. During her academic career, which included coursework towards a PhD in ancient history, Sarah published her original research in several peer-reviewed journals and presented at some of the top conferences in her field.
Sarah previously worked for Ross Barristers between 2012–2014 and brings a wealth of institutional knowledge to this role. Her well-rounded academic and professional background will enable her to take an integrative approach to managing operations and strategy here at Ross Nasseri LLP.
