Ross Nasseri LLP is Pleased to Welcome Daniel Milton to its Growing Litigation Roster

Daniel joins our team after having been a litigator in Borden Ladner Gervais LLP’s Toronto office. Daniel has experience litigating commercial, constitutional, construction, and criminal cases. His extensive trial experience includes representing a major gold corporation before Toronto’s specialized Commercial List, and acting for a surety bonding company in a complex, multi-year construction dispute. Daniel also had the privilege of representing an intervener in a significant constitutional case that went to the Court of Appeal. Daniel looks forward to building out his broad practice at Ross Nasseri LLP and continuing to amass trial and appeal experience. Before starting his career, Daniel was a highly decorated student at McGill, where he completed his undergraduate degree with distinction, and the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, where he was awarded multiple prizes for academic and mooting achievements.
