Jacob has extensive experience advising individuals and corporations on a wide variety of matters, including contractual disputes, real property disputes, fraud/misrepresentation claims, class actions, shareholder disputes, regulatory and public law matters, professional negligence claims, and parliamentary investigations and inquiries.
Gordon Vance maintains a diverse practice that includes acting as counsel on complex commercial proceedings, property and estates disputes, and disciplinary hearings before various tribunals. He is also building an appeal practice and appears routinely before the Divisional Court and Court of Appeal.
