On May 3, 2021, Justin Nasseri and Vladimira Ivanov were both speakers at the Law Society’s program, A Litigator’s Guide to Electronic/Virtual Practice.
Justin designed and chaired this program, which offered lawyers across Ontario a crash course on all things virtual practice-related, including how to set up a tech-friendly practice, what the latest developments are with technology and the courts, and tips for effective advocacy on video-conferencing platforms. Vladimira took the lead on educating the audience on best practices for examining witnesses on Zoom in discoveries, cross-examinations, and at trial.
