Our partner Justin Nasseri will speaking on a panel at The Advocates’ Society Program “Litigating Contract Disputes”, being chaired by Laura Cundari (Blakes) and Brandon Kain (McCarthy Tétrault). This is a terrific program that will provide practitioners with tips for drafting contract dispute pleadings, strategies for gathering winning evidence, and techniques for proving and challenging the existence of oral contracts.
Justin, alongside panelists Laura Gill (McCarthy Tétrault) and Rahat Godil (Fasken Martineau), will be discussing developments in the law surrounding the good faith operating principle from Bhasin v. Hrynew, and providing guidance to practitioners on how to properly plead breaches of the duties that arise under the good faith principle, and pitfalls to avoid in these cases.
You can register for the program here.
